By accessing or playing Neon Dropper ("the Game") at neondropper.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

2. Description of Service

Neon Dropper is a free-to-play, browser-based 3D dropper game. The Game is provided as a Progressive Web App and does not require an account, download, or installation. Game progress is stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage.

3. Use of the Game

You may use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Game
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Game
• Exploit bugs or glitches for purposes other than reporting them to us
• Use the Game in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game — including but not limited to code, graphics, audio, level designs, and the Neon Dropper name and branding — is the property of Neon Dropper and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Game without prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Services

The Game uses third-party services including:

• Google AdSense and Google IMA SDK for serving advertisements
• Vercel for hosting

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Game at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neon Dropper and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of game progress, or any damages resulting from interruptions to the service.

8. Changes to the Game

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time without prior notice. Game progress stored in localStorage may be affected by updates, and we are not responsible for any loss of saved data resulting from changes to the Game.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
